18th Century. The Hero: Jonathan Green, an English cartographer, sets out on a journey from Russia to China to map the unknown lands. The Conflict: On his way, he encounters the Dragon Master (Jackie Chan) and his daughter. They are fighting an evil sorceress who has stolen the Dragon Seal. The Twist: The Princess of China has been cursed to sleep inside a tower that floats in the sky. Only the Dragon Seal can wake her up. Arnold's Role: Jonathan Green gets imprisoned by James Hook (Arnold) in the "Tower of London" type setting before escaping to China.
