Media Go, another Sony application, is also compatible with the NWZ-E453. If you already use Media Go with a PSP or Sony Ericsson mobile phone, you can transfer data from Media Go to the player, provided you have updated Media Go to version 1.5 or later.
If Windows does not recognize the NWZ-E453:
Sony no longer hosts the standalone driver for the NWZ-E453. Instead, they bundle it with the utility. This is the safest method.
