Check the boxes for and Platen pad counter . Click Check to see the current usage. Click Initialization to reset the counters to zero.
This means the computer cannot establish a connection with the printer firmware. Make sure the printer is turned on, the USB cable is fully plugged in, and that you are not accidentally trying to use a Wi-Fi connection. Try switching to a different USB port directly on the computer motherboard.
