At its core, Manam explores the profound themes of reincarnation, destiny, and eternal love. The story weaves through different eras, portraying a tragic love story in the 1920s that spans into the modern-day reincarnation of the protagonists. When the souls of the deceased parents (played by Nagarjuna and Samantha Ruth Prabhu) are reincarnated in the modern era, it is up to their reincarnated son (played by Naga Chaitanya) to play matchmaker and reunite them.
