PPSSPP is an emulator only; it does not come bundled with any games. You will need to provide your own game files. PPSSPP can read game files in either or .CSO (compressed ISO) format. If you own a physical PS2 disc of Resident Evil 4 , you can use a computer with a compatible disc drive to create a digital backup (an ISO file) using disc ripping software. Avoid downloading game files from unofficial sources, as these can be unreliable and pose security risks.
