The story begins with the destruction of the planet Clean by the evil Water Empire. As their last hope, two young survivors, the brother and sister Spielvan and Diana, are sent into space. After 12 years of suspended animation, they arrive on Earth as adults, ready to defend their new home from the Water Empire's plans for conquest. Spielvan's fight is both for a new planet and to rescue his father and older sister, Helen, who were kidnapped by the empire and turned into the villainous Doctor Bio and Herbaira, respectively.
