Phil Broker (Jason Statham) is a widowed former DEA agent who retires to the quiet town of Rayville, Louisiana, with his young daughter, Maddy (Izabela Vidovic), hoping to escape his violent past. However, trouble finds him when Maddy stands up to a bully at school.
