A legitimate patched V11 OIV file is typically 3.5 GB to 5 GB in size. Any file under 1 GB is fake or missing textures.
Enable in OpenIV and drag-and-drop the patched gameconfig.xml here.
⚠️ Always backup your update.rpf and dlcpacks folders before installing any replace mod. Disable antivirus temporarily if the installer freezes.
Navigate in OpenIV to: mods > update > update.rpf > common > data . Drag and drop your new gameconfig.xml into this folder.
