In Home Assistant's configuration.yaml , your Modbus configuration should include a serial connection with the correct parameters ( baudrate: 9600 , etc.) and then define sensors for each channel. An example sensor entry for channel 1 would specify the device's unique slave: ID, a scale of 0.1 to convert the raw value, and data_type: float32 or uint16 depending on your setup.
Run a jumper wire from the terminal to the Relay COM terminal.
