Norman is a dual-wielding, gentlemanly assassin boss who relies on fast movement, invisibility (stealth), and delayed counters. Unlike "tanky" bosses, Norman is a "skill check" boss. He doesn't have a massive HP pool, but he deals massive damage and punishes button mashing.
